A stunning rhapsody of texture and tone -- a highly textured fragment of vintage octopus coral is dressed in the natural beauty of sea salt white and soft grey. Forever binding the relic of the sea to the absolutely breathtaking sea dive bottle is heavy, organically sculptured solder washed in the weathered and variegated hues of iron which was left for years to the mercy of the elements. Subtle flashes of color worked into the solder peek out in certain light -carefully mirroring some of the tones in the patina which enshrouds the antique glass supporting the coral. The exceptional bottle is an early 1900's treasure on which mother nature and the sea, along some of its inhabitants have painted a one of a kind masterpiece by way of patina -- the ethereal iridescent veil is completely mesmerizing - one side dons patterns of the barnacles which once used the bottle as a home and the other side boasts an abstract natural work of art.

Donned in a stunning patina that was slowly created over 100+ years within the earth where it was buried, the century old bottle flashes a confetti of color when the light dances across the bottle - magnifying the iridescence of the patina. A Rhapsody of Stunning Contradictions.
Crowning a gorgeous bottle from a recent shipwreck dive is a delicate Moonshell showing some scars from its life undersea, rendering it perfect within its imperfection. Paper thin, the shell is a work of art in and of itself - ombre shades move from the palest pink to saturated mauve while dark rays of of the deepest hue fan out across the entire matte surface, adding a geometrically element to the soft, round shape. Binding the shell to its pedestal of iridized glass is heavy, organically sculpted solder, carefully, yet crudely patinaed to mirror the look and feel of rusted iron which adds a wonderful contrast to the delicate shell and ethereal elements of the bottle beneath. Flashes of pink, aqua and gold are predominant in the veil of patina and calcification that enshrouds the bottle -- all of which visually ties the shell to the bottle. An incredible addition to your collection, or beautiful enough to stand alone.

A study in illusion -- what appears, on first glance, to be a series of delicate plant life branches is actually a treasure of the sea -- a soft coral colony known as a sea whip. Black as night at the base with an opaque translucency which gets more apparent towards the tips -- what was once deep black turns a beautiful cinnabar hue as the light spills across the unusual surface. Forever held by studded solder that is washed in the variegated hues of metal left to the mercy of sea spray for many years, the weathered piece is bejeweled with a pair of light throwing chandelier crystals that both compliment and contradict the weathered and worn solder as well as the weighty pedestal of beautifully tarnished silver.

Forever bound by rustic solder, reminiscent of weathered iron, a beautiful mauve and cream pecten shell crowns a patinaed bottle of antique glass bearing a smattering of embedded bubbles. Label depressions grace both the front and the back of the bottle that is veiled in an ethereal and somewhat earthy patina. A lovely reminder of summer and lazy days at the shore.

The Beach on a Bottle --
This found, native California Abalone shell boasts striations of beautifully faded hues of red and creams amid texture galore on one side and the quintessential and mesmerizing iridescence on the other. Small scars on the delicate shell serve as reminders of being tossed around during storms at sea. Rustic solder, tinted the hues of aged iron, frame the shell and forever hold it to an antique bottlle veiled in a stunning ethereal patina created by time and the elements.
